The present invention provides a non-slip type turntable driving apparatus. The apparatus, which drives and rotates a turntable having multiple mold frames including an upper mold and a lower mold, includes: a frame unit which is arranged to be adjacent to the exterior of the turntable; a rotary and driving motor which drives and rotates a driving shaft installed on the frame unit; first and second rotated shafts which are vertically installed in the left and right sides on the frame unit corresponding to the turntable and the driving shaft; a power chain continuously wound on first and second rotated sprockets which come in a pair on the left and right sides and are respectively arranged on the first and second rotated shafts also coming in a pair and arranged on the left and right sides as well as a driving sprocket arranged on the driving shaft to be wounded and move by the driving force from the rotating and driving motor; and multiple chain engaging bars which are arranged on the outer edge of the turntable at predetermined intervals. The apparatus can deliver the power to drive and rotate the turntable in one direction by the chain engagement between the power chain in a predetermined section passing through the first and second rotated sprockets coming in a pair on the left and right side and the engaging bars arranged on the outer edge of the turntable.
