SPUNBONDED NONWOVEN FOR PRIMARY CARPET BACKING HAVING HIGHER PILE YARN HOLDING STRENGTH PROPERTY

The present invention relates to a spunbonded nonwoven fabric for primary carpets capable of stably maintaining the excellent thermal and morphological stability of carpets by the nonwoven fabric holding pile yarns when manufacturing carpets. The spunbonded nonwoven fabric can reduce the use of expensive pile yarns since the spunbonded nonwoven fabric has an excellent holding force with respect to the pile yarns with excellent morphological stability; can minimize flows of completed carpet products which may occur in a post process; can reduce costs by minimizing the height of the pile yarns and being used for all kinds of carpets including highly dense carpets and normal carpets having the lower density of pile yarns; and is relatively beneficial for manufacturing high value-added carpets by maximizing the height difference of pile yarns and forming complicated patterns.
