The present invention provides a vegetable cutter controlling a cutting depth and a shredding length. The present invention precisely controls a cutting depth and easily controls a required shredding length. According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the vegetable cutter comprises: a motor driving unit installed in a lower side of a frame; a main conveyor belt conveying vegetable in one direction; a cutter attachment slider where a cutter lifting shaft is supported to be rotated; the cutter cutting the vegetable when the main conveyor belt is stopped; a sub-conveyor belt unit; a crank operation rod; a rack gear rod vertically reciprocating; a pinion gear; a one-way clutch bearing; a one-way belt power transmission unit composed of a main conveyor belt driving wheel and the sub-conveyor belt driving wheel; and a shredding length setting unit setting a shredding length of the vegetable. |
