PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive conductive film that makes it possible to conveniently form a conductive pattern on a substrate with sufficient resolution, the conductive pattern having sufficient adhesion to the substrate and sufficiently small surface resistivity, and a method of forming a conductive film, a method of forming a conductive pattern and a conductive film substrate using the photosensitive conductive film.SOLUTION: A conductive film substrate according to the present invention comprises a substrate, a resin curing layer comprising a binder polymer having a carboxyl group provided on the substrate, and a conductive pattern comprising a conductive layer comprising a conductive fiber provided on the resin curing layer. |
