PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acoustic wave element that can broaden the pass band width in filter amplitude characteristics.SOLUTION: In an acoustic wave element 10, a main surface 12 and a back surface 13 of a piezoelectric substrate 11 are subjected to mirror polishing, and an input interdigital electrode 14 and an output interdigital electrode 15 are provided on the main surface 12. A bulk wave 16 radiated from the input interdigital electrode 14 is reflected from the back surface 13, and received by the output interdigital electrode 15. At least one of the input interdigital electrode 14 and the output interdigital electrode 15 is subjected to intersection width weighting. |
