PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display a three-dimensional map that expresses invisible features such as an underground structure and the like without discomfort.SOLUTION: As to features stored in a map database, an underground structure such as a tunnel and the like is classified as a transmissive object, and other features as a non-transmissive object. The transmissive object and the non-transmissive object are separately projected, respectively to create a transmissive projection diagram and a non-transmissive projection diagram. On the non-transmissive projection diagram obtained in such the way, the transmissive projection diagram is superimposed with transmittance adjusted. A transmissive object side is transmitted to superimpose, which in turn can attain a map in which a ground level or feature as if the ground level or feature blocks the transmissive object is transmitted to make the transmissive object seem to be visible to a user.
