<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate excellent in a gas barrier property under high humidity, and with no appearance defect occurring even when filled with an alcohol-based content and subjected to hot water treatment.SOLUTION: Provided is the laminate formed by laminating at least three layers of a plastic film (X), gas barrier film (Y), and sealant film (Z) in this order. The gas barrier film (Y) includes a plastic base material (I) including 0.1-70 mass% of a metal compound and a gas barrier layer (II) including polycarboxylic acid.
