摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel method for manufacturing methyl jasmonate with high epimer content.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for manufacturing a stereoisomer composition of methyl jasmonate with 20% or more epimer content, in which a hydrolytic enzyme is acted on, in a solvent, enol ester of methyl jasmonate represented by the following formula (1), and the hydrolytic enzyme to be acted on is selected from lipase derived from Burkholderia cepacia, KM-109 made by Nagase ChemteX Co., lipase derived from Candida antartica TypeA, lipase derived from porcine pancreas (PPL), lipase derived from Candida antartica TypeB, lipase derived from Candida rugosa, lipase derived from Pseudomonas stutzeri and lipase derived from Aspergillus niger. In the formula (1), Rrepresents an acyl group.</p>
