A voice communication method and a voice playing method and apparatus belong to the field of communications. The voice communication method comprises: detecting whether a distance sensing value of a local end is smaller than a preset threshold value or not (201); entering a preset communication mode if the detected distance sensing value is smaller than the preset threshold value (202); automatically playing an opposite end voice signal in the preset communication mode (203); and collecting and transmitting a local end voice signal to the opposite end when the local end voice signal is detected in the preset communication mode. The problem that the use of network interphones becomes unsmooth when currently it is inconvenient for users to conduct a press operation or a click operation on the terminal is solved; and realized are the effects that the network interphones can be automatically triggered for the voice playing and the voice collection as long as the user attaches the terminal to his ears, and that the network interphones can be used without other operations.
