Disclosed is a balanced audio cable for a portable audio apparatus. The balanced audio cable for a portable audio apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a first terminal arranged at one side end of the balanced audio cable, realized in the shape of a four-pole terminal to be inserted into the balance port of a portable audio apparatus, and receiving four signals from the portable audio apparatus; a second terminal arranged at one side end of the balanced audio cable in parallel to the first terminal and receiving a grounding signal from the portable audio apparatus by being inserted into the earphone port of the portable audio apparatus; a first XLR terminal arranged at the other side end of the balanced audio cable and including three pins corresponding respectively to two signals among the four signals applied to the first terminal and the grounding signal applied to the second terminal; a second XLR terminal arranged at the other side end of the balanced audio cable in parallel to the first XLR terminal and including three pins corresponding respectively to the other two signals among the four signals applied to the first terminal and the grounding signal applied to the second terminal; and a cable including four lines for electrically connecting the four poles of the first terminal to corresponding two pins among the three pins of each of the first and second XLR terminals, and a branching line for branching the grounding signal applied through the second terminal and transmitting the grounding signal to the remaining one pin among the three pins of each of the first and second XLR terminals.
