The present invention may include the steps of: introducing and cooling a natural gas stream into at least one or two heat exchangers (step a); introducing the cooled natural gas stream into a first separator then separating a liquid stream and vapor stream (step b); introducing the separated vapor stream into a first pre-separator then separating petroleum gas and natural gas oil (step c); and returning the petroleum gas into the first pre-separator (step d). Therefore, the method for recovering natural gas oil allows for a construction of recovering facilities at a lower cost by simplifying the process when compared to the conventional demethanizing distillation column process; and maintains the process at low costs by reducing the energy necessary to cool the natural gas through the pre-separation step.
