The present invention relates to a system and a method for managing a customer, in which a facility use device having device identification information transmitted in a near transmission method when using a facility or a provided service is manufactured and provided for users to easily wear, device identification information is collected through a sensor node (repeater) installed in a predetermined area to which a facility or a service is provided, and facility use information or service use information of a user is received and managed, the system comprises: multiple facility use terminal devices; facility terminal devices which receive device identification information from the facility use terminal devices in a near transmission method, connect device identification information, product or service information, and payment information to the facility identification information, generate and transmit facility use information; a user terminal device in which a facility use application providing a service to selectively receive information generated on the basis of the facility use terminal devices according to an operation of the user is installed; and a facility use managing server which collects and manages the facility use information transmitted from each facility terminal device, and provides the facility use information to the user terminal device in response to a request of the user. Accordingly, there is an effect that users visiting a leisure facility, an amusement park, or the like can easily use the facility and services. |
