The present invention relates to a composition of ceramic suspension for conducting thermal spray coating of ceramic suspension on a metal surface and, more specifically, to a composition of ceramic suspension for conducting thermal spray coating of ceramic suspension on a metal surface, wherein ceramic coating is conducted on the surface of metal-composed components such as turbine engines, air foil bearings, gear chlorine gas compressing rods, heat exchanger deck and channel covers, pipes, heat exchangers, motor housings, ball valves, air blowers, sleeves and pump liners to grant abrasion resistance. According to the present invention, a high-density coating film can be manufactured by overcoming the disadvantages of a traditional thermal plasma spray method as raw materials can be supplied in the state of suspension having ceramic powder dispersed in a liquid state instead of granular powder. |
