PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic member having high cracking resistance while having conductivity suppressing peeling offset.SOLUTION: An electrophotographic member has an endless belt shape, and has a substrate, a rubber elastic layer covering the peripheral surface of the substrate, and a fluorine resin tube covering the peripheral surface of the rubber elastic layer. The fluorine resin tube is crystal-orientated in a substantially axial direction of the substrate and contains fluorine resin and carbon black dispersed in the fluorine resin. A primary average particle size of the carbon black is 50 nm or more and 100 nm or less. |
