PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the stability when a portable cutter is hung from a support frame etc. by a hook.SOLUTION: A portable cutter according to the invention includes: a cutter body part 20 including a rotary blade 21, a motor 20m and a speed reduction mechanism 20g which rotate the rotary blade 21, and a fixing cover 24 which is fixed to a storage part 22 of the speed reduction mechanism 20g and covers the rotary blade 21; and a base 13 in which the cutter body part 20 is supported on the upper surface side and the lower surface side may make surface contact with a surface of a processed material. A hook 30 capable of supporting the cutter body part 20 in a hanging manner is provided on a vertical wall part 24t of the fixing cover 24 which intersects with an output shaft 20s of the speed reduction mechanism 20g. |
