PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas chromatograph device which avoids determining that a large fluctuation of the gas pressure or flow rate accompanied by normal operation such as valve switching is an abnormal behavior when a flow controller (FC) is used for a headspace sampler (HS).SOLUTION: An analyst presets an FC connected to an HS. When the detection value of the pressure or flow rate of the FC is out of the control range (No in S2) and the FC is connected to an HS at execution of analysis, the gas chromatograph device does not determine immediately that an abnormality exists. The gas chromatograph device determines that an abnormality exists when an out-of-control-range state lasts for a duration of a predetermined threshold value or more (Yes in S5). This ensures that a large temporary fluctuation of the gas pressure, etc. due to valve switching at the HS or the like is not determined to be abnormal nor recorded as an abnormality in an analysis log if the gas pressure quickly returns to near a target control value. |
