<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature measuring system 10 capable of stably measuring the temperature of at least one or more places without generating a standing wave even in a wide space area.SOLUTION: A temperature measuring system includes: at least one or more sensor units 20; an antenna system 30 for forming a resonance circuit through electromagnetic coupling with the sensor unit 20; and measuring means 40 connected with the antenna system 30. The sensor unit 20 is constituted by connecting a piezoelectric vibrator 21 and a coil 22. The antenna system 30 is constituted by connecting at least one or more antenna units 60 in parallel in a transmission line 32. The antenna unit 60 constitutes a resonance circuit by a coil 61 and a capacitance 62. The transmission line 32 has its one end side connected to an output terminal of the measuring means 40 and the other end side terminated with a resistor 33 that satisfies the characteristic impedance of the transmission line 32. The measuring means 40 supplies a high-frequency power to the antenna system 30, and receives and observes a reflection power from the antenna system 30.</p> |
