PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paste composition containing carbon nano-tube which is suitable for application of a film body having a large film thickness including carbon nano-tube and being excellent in surface smoothness with high through-put and a film body containing carbon nano-tube and a composite material film using the composition.SOLUTION: A paste composition having shape retention includes a dispersion medium and carbon nano-tube aggregate which includes a network structure composed of a plurality of carbon nano-tubes and expanding in a three-dimensional space and fine pores capable of holding the dispersion medium. The viscosity of paste composition, measured with a rheometer, is 50 Pa s or higher at a shear rate of 0.1 sor lower and 20 Pa s or lower at a shear rate of 100 sor higher.
