<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxygen adsorbent that is used for oxygen gas separation and is excellent in oxygen adsorption rate.SOLUTION: An oxygen adsorbent is composed of a metal oxide containing at least Ce and Pr. The oxygen adsorbent uses a metal oxide in which a content percentage of Pr is 40-80 mol% to a total mol of metals, and further a metal oxide that is a fluorite type structure containing at least one kind selected from the group constituting Mg, Al, Mn, Ni, and Bi. The metal oxides are heat treated in at least a reduction atmosphere.</p> |
