In the present invention, a device controller for controlling an emission device group and an accelerating device group of particle accelerators for accelerating and emitting particle beams confirms that preparation for operation of the accelerating device group is completed at the time a master clock is received, and outputs a command to the accelerating device group to operate in an operation pattern for the accelerating device group that corresponds to a set energy of a particle beam, and when an emission-allowed signal indicating that the particle beam has reached the set energy turns on, and an emission device group setting state signal indicating that setting of the emission device group to the set energy is completed turns on, a command is outputted to the accelerating device group to operate in an emission operation pattern. |
