The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing waterproof concrete through shorting after mixing bubbles into normal concrete and a manufacturing method thereof. The method mixes bubbles and waterproofing mixed materials after moving normal concrete produced from batch plant to field, forms bubble mixing concrete by using the ball bearing effect of the bubbles and rotation of a rotational member and shoots waterproof concrete of which the slump, drastically increased due to the large amount of bubbles, while reducing excessive air contained in the bubble mixing concrete using air of a high pressure when discharging the bubble mixing concrete. |
