According to an embodiment of the present invention, disclosed is a device for generating a switching control signal comprising: a first NOR function part for receiving an input pulse signal; a second NOR function part for receiving a reversed input pulse signal; a first feedback part for delaying a signal output from the first NOR function part by a first delay time, conducting high-frequency filtering with respect to the signal and transmitting the signal to the second NOR function part; a second feedback part for delaying a signal output from the second NOR function part by a second delay time, conducting high-frequency filtering with respect to the signal and transmitting the signal to the first NOR function part; and a third buffering part for adjusting the output impedance characteristics of a signal output from the first NOR function part, wherein a signal output from the third buffering part and the signal output from the second NOR function part are transmitted to two switching elements respectively.
