According to an embodiment of the present invention, a method for transmitting a feedback signal from a terminal to one or more of multiple base stations in a multi-cell cooperation communications system including the base stations includes the processes of: allocating feedback resources to the selected ones of the base stations for transmission of the feedback signal in consideration of the distance between the base stations and the terminal; generating feedback resource allocation information indicating the result of the feedback resource allocation; and transmitting the generated feedback resource allocation information to the base stations.
