PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film casing which has a simple structure and absorbs size variations of film elements and is fixed in a water-tight manner with a predetermined pressing force even when the film casing is not formed into a cylindrical shape, and to provide a film component.SOLUTION: A film casing stores film elements 2 for filtering raw water in a water-tight manner and includes: a cylindrical casing body 40 which stores the film elements 2; a lid 50 which fits in an opening end part of the casing body 40 and is formed so as to move in an axial direction of the casing body 40 maintaining its posture and securing water tightness between itself and the casing body 40; and pressing mechanisms 60, 70 which press the lid 50 thereby pressing and holding the film elements 2 stored in the casing body 40. |
