PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning device capable of suppressing an operation amount required to calculate a translation amount for positioning a target object displayed on one image relative to a target object displayed on the other image.SOLUTION: A positioning device comprises: a voting unit 12 that generates a plurality of pairs of a first feature selected from among a plurality of features representing a first target object displayed on one image and a second feature selected from among a plurality of features representing a second target object displayed on the other image, calculates a first translation amount for positioning the first feature relative to the second feature for each of the plurality of the pairs, and casts a vote value for coordinates corresponding to the first translation amount on a coordinate system on which coordinates represent a translation amount; and a moving amount calculation unit 13 that calculates a total vote value for coordinates of each translation amount on the coordinate system, and sets a translation amount corresponding to the coordinates having the maximum total vote value as a second translation amount for positioning the first target object relative to the second target object. |
