PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for avoiding functional stop of accessories caused by power shortage in a vehicle as much as possible.SOLUTION: A high voltage power storage unit is connected to a motor generator 20 through a high voltage current path. A DC-DC converter 12 is provided between the high voltage current path and a low voltage current path to which a low voltage power storage unit having voltage lower than that of the high voltage power storage unit is connected. A switch S1 is provided between the high voltage current path and the high voltage power storage unit. A controller 13 turns off the switch S1 when a SOC (State Of Charge) of the high voltage power storage unit becomes lower than a lower limit setting value to be secured in the high voltage power storage unit as a backup power supply for a load connected to the low voltage current path.
