<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biochip used for the detection and analysis of multiple proteins in biological samples, wherein, in the multiple-sample simultaneous fluorometry, when a measurement is performed using an evanescent field, multiple samples can be simultaneously measured with high sensitivity through a recognition substance provided therein.SOLUTION: This invention provides a biochip for immobilizing a biological substance, the biochip comprising a transparent substrate 1, a frame structure 2 having at least one opening 4, and an adhesion layer 3 or sticking layer, wherein a refractive index of the adhesion layer or sticking layer at 589 nm and a refractive index of the transparent substrate at 589 nm is different.</p> |
