<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately measure intensity of a minute substance.SOLUTION: A stress measurement device comprises: a container 10 which is at least partially formed of a material allowing a user to view inside, and stores a minute substance to be measured and a magnetic minute particle during measurement time; an imaging part 20 for periodically imaging inside of the container; a magnetic force generation part 30 for applying magnetic force to inside of the container; detection means 513 for detecting a position of the magnetic minute particle based on an analysis result of the respective images imaged by the imaging part; control means 515 for controlling the magnetic force generation part so as to press the magnetic minute particle to the minute substance to be measured contacting a bottom face or inner wall of the container by predetermined depth, by using a latest position of the magnetic minute particle detected by the detection means; and calculation means 516 for calculating stress of a surface state of the minute substance by using change of control performed by the control means.</p> |
