PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distance measurement device that can improve measurement accuracy of a distance to an object.SOLUTION: A distance measurement device 100 is a distance measurement device that causes an LED 10 to emit light to irradiate an object with light, and receives reflection light from the object to measure a distance to the object. The distance measurement device comprises a plurality (N pieces) of LD drive circuits that supplies a drive current to the LD 10 when a light emitting control signal for controlling a light emitting of the LD 10 is input, and the light emitting control signal is configured to be output to any of N pieces of LD drive circuits D1 to DN, and N pieces of LD drive circuits D1 to DN are mutually different in a responce time (responce velocity) relative to the light emitting control signal.
