Provided is a floor surface finishing device which, during the finishing of a concrete floor surface, can easily change in direction without damaging the concrete floor surface. A floor surface finishing device (100) is provided with: a surface leveler (10) having powered rotary trowels (1, 2) which rotate like propellers while being in contact with a floor surface (F) to be finished; an elastic, flat plate-like finishing trowel (70) disposed at a part of the outer periphery of the surface leveler (10) while being connected to the rear of the surface leveler (10) through a connection means (30); and a pressing means (90) for pressing the finishing trowel (70) toward the floor surface (F) to be finished. The connection means (30) connects the finishing trowel (70) to the surface leveler (10) so that the finishing trowel (70) in contact with the floor surface (F) to be finished is vertically movable and is horizontally rotatable at the outer periphery of the surface leveler (10), and the connection means (30) has a function of connecting the finishing trowel (70) to the surface leveler (10) so that the finishing trowel (70) can approach and move away from the surface leveler (10). |
