摘要 In order to provide an X-ray CT device whereby the optimum X-ray dose for a dynamically changing X-ray irradiation region can be determined and reliably radiated when X-rays spread in an anteroposterior direction and are radiated at an angle, in an X-ray CT device (1), an X-ray irradiation region (201) is dynamically changed for each view angle during imaging, and a system control device (124) changes the position of an analysis line (300) used in calculating an optimum tube current during imaging in accordance with the position of the X-ray irradiation region (201) at each view angle and determines an optimum radiated X-ray dose, and, near the beginning or end of imaging such as in a helical scan in a multi-slice CT, for example, can determine the correct radiated X-ray dose for an X-ray irradiation region when the X-ray irradiation region is at a position offset in the anteroposterior direction from the slice position of an X-ray source.
