A finger-mounted optical mouse, comprising an integrated circuit board, a casing, a left button, a right button, and a scroll wheel. The casing is provided with a hook-and-loop fastener that can be fastened onto a finger. The left button, the right button, and the scroll wheel positioned in the middle of the left button and the right button are all positioned at a same side of the hook-and-loop fastener. The casing comprises a top casing that is detachably fixed to a bottom casing. Because the casing comprises a top casing that is detachably fixed to a bottom casing, when a component inside the casing malfunctions, said component can be checked and repaired simply by detaching the top casing from the bottom casing. The hook-and-loop fastener is fixed to an index finger, thus fixing the finger-mounted optical mouse to the back side of the index finger. When using a keyboard, a user can control with a thumb the left button, the right button, and the scroll wheel, eliminating the need for the user to switch back and forth between the mouse and the keyboard. This shortens the amount of time spent hand-operating the keyboard and the mouse, and improves work efficiency. |
