PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring module which enables easy wiring work between a substrate and an electric device and achieves excellent electric connection reliability, and to provide a battery unit including the wiring module.SOLUTION: A wiring module 2 is used to connect an electric device 10 with a substrate 20. The wiring module 2 includes: multiple wiring members 30 electrically connecting multiple terminals 110 provided at the electric device 10 with a conductive pattern 21 formed on the substrate 20; and a wiring holding member 40 which is fixed with the multiple wiring members 30 and restricts spaces between the wiring members 30.
