PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-way valve capable of directly supplying water to water service piping of ordinary households and the like from a water tank truck at a time of disaster and the like, a water service piping structure comprising the three-way valve, and a meter unit.SOLUTION: Three-way valves 45 and 72 are arranged on the upstream side of a water meter. Valve-side couplings 61 and 73 identical in configuration to a coupling male part of a Machino-type coupling are attached to third ports of the three-way valves. A coupling of a water-supply wagon is connected to the valve-side couplings to enable direct water supply to ordinary households and the like. The Machino-type coupling can be attached/detached with a single touch of a button.
