PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing nanofibers that are produced by a heating melt electro-spinning method and have excellent handleability when they are made into a web-like nanofibers or a nonwoven fabric.SOLUTION: The method for producing nanofibers includes: heating and melting a thermoplastic resin composition containing 0.001-5 pts. mass of a viscosity-reducing agent to 100 pts. mass of a bioabsorbable resin and/or a polyethylene terephthalate; and spinning the resultant by an electro-spinning method.
