摘要 A method for determining a blood alcohol level comprises the following steps: detecting a plurality of valid frames of an inputted sound signal; detecting a differential signal of an original signal of the valid frames; detecting average energy of the original signal and average energy of the differential signal for each valid frame; and determining a drinking state based on a difference in average energy of the original signal and average energy of the differential signal for each valid frame. Accordingly, through a differential signal energy method using a sound signal, drinking and a blood alcohol level of a driver or an operator in a remote place can be identified, so an accident caused by drunk driving or operation can be prevented.
