METHOD OF MECHANICALLY PROCESSING ORGAN TAKEN OUT FROM SLAUGHTERED POULTRY, PROCESSING DEVICE, AND PROCESSING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing method and processing device capable of effectively performing processing for separating mutually organs as a part of an organ package taken out from poultry to be slaughtered.SOLUTION: A device employs at least two cooperating rollers 1 and 2 that define a gap 3 between the rollers for selectively allowing preselected organs from the organ package to pass through. The rollers are configured to rotate in opposite directions during the operation so as to simultaneously convey the organ package and promote the preselected organs to pass through the gap. The cooperating rollers are strictly adjustable in the direction of vertically traversing the longitudinal direction of the rollers such that the gap along the whole longitudinal direction of the rollers can be adjusted to a preset value to be applied.
