[Classes 125 (i) and 125 (iii)] A stopper for poison bottles comprises a downwardly tapered plug portion d, Fig. 1, and a left-hand screw portion c with embossed indications on the head as to contents or method of opening. The unusual method of opening acts as an additional indication in the dark that caution is necessary. In a modification, the plug stopper is attached to a left-handed threaded cap. In another modification, Fig. 4, a plug d is tapered upwards and is connected to a right - handed thread portion r. The stopper is turned so that the plug d enters the bottle and uncovers a passage r for pouring. In still another modification, Fig. 5, a similar plug is arranged crosswise of the neck. |
