<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold electronic medical chart system capable of simply and accurately collecting data on a mold fault and easily browsing the history of the mold fault.SOLUTION: A mold electronic medical chart system includes: a mold in which an identifier is provided at a prescribed position, in which identification data capable of being recognized as an image and for identifying the mold is recorded; an electronic apparatus which is capable of imaging the identifier, inputting failed data of the mold, recognizing the identification data from the identifier, and transmitting these data; and a data server which inputs these data thereinto, has data base to be accumulated and generates a prescribed failure sheet in which imaged data accumulated for every mold and the failure data are collected in time series.</p> |
