PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid seasoning having satisfactory flavor and excellent resistance to microorganism and having a low sodium content.SOLUTION: A liquid seasoning contains saccharides, fat, and vinegar. A total content of a solid content of the saccharides and the fat is 20-60 mass%. A sodium content in 100 g of the liquid seasoning is 1450 mg or less. An acid degree in terms of acetic acid is 0.75-2.00. |
