PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a humor diffusion prevention pocket without causing deterioration in absorption performance or occurrence of stuffiness and prevent leak of humor by forming protrusion parts tightly stuck to a skin surface.SOLUTION: An area overlapped with a back-side absorber 4 includes an upper-side area 20 and a lower-side area 21. The upper-side area 20 includes, at a diaper width-directional center part thereof, a plurality of upper elastic stretchable members 22 that are disposed between a back sheet 2 and the absorber along the horizontal direction at some intervals apart in the vertical direction. The lower-side area 21 includes, at both sides thereof, a plurality of lower elastic stretchable members 23 with their apart from each other respectively in the diaper width direction, that are disposed between the back sheet 2 and the absorber 4 along the horizontal direction at some intervals apart in the vertical direction. The upper elastic stretchable members 22 and the lower elastic stretchable members 23 are fixed to the back sheet 2 side but not fixed to the absorber 4 side. Protrusions 24, 25, and 25 are formed by contraction of the elastic stretchable members 22 and 23, so that a pocket 26 enclosed by the protrusions is formed. |
