PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor storage device capable of storing device information related to the semiconductor storage device into the semiconductor storage device itself.SOLUTION: The semiconductor storage device includes: a first storage area composed of a plurality of memory cells aligned in a row direction and a column direction, for storing data; a second storage area composed of a plurality of memory cells aligned in a row direction or a column direction as alignment direction, for storing an operational state of the first storage area; and a third storage area composed of a plurality of memory cells aligned in the same direction as the alignment direction, for storing device information related to the semiconductor storage device itself. |
