<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray imaging apparatus which can improve the degree of freedom of setting in a focal surface in an imaging space, that is, setting in a locus of an X-ray path.SOLUTION: In a panoramic imaging apparatus 1, an X-ray tube arm includes a tube housing part housing an X-ray tube 23 and a tube supporting part supporting the tube housing part rotatably around a first axis in parallel to a center axis CA, the tube housing part is rotated around the first axis with respect to the tube supporting part, a detector arm includes a detector housing part housing a detector 24 and a detector supporting part supporting the detector housing part rotatably around a second axis in parallel to the center axis, the detector housing part is rotated around the second axis with respect to the detector supporting part, the X-ray tube arm and the detector arm are coaxially rotated independently of each other, and first, second and third pieces of drive means are controlled in accordance with the speed patterns for rotating independently of each other at the time of scan.</p> |
