The present invention is to provide an integrated information construction system for earthquake disaster prevention based on a real-time link of underground spatial information and a construction method thereof, wherein underground information such as ground information, geographic information, underground water information, coal mine information, and undersea information is constructed in real-time links to be efficiently managed, and can be used for ground information such as establishing an emergency action plan (EAP) related to earthquake disaster prevention. An integrated information construction method for earthquake disaster prevention based on real-time links of underground spatial information comprises: an underground information database range determining step of determining the range of an underground information database (DB) for earthquake disaster prevention; an underground information database step of making an underground information database in the determined range into a database; a database link integration step of linking and integrating the related databases to each other; and an information providing step of providing information based on the linked, integrated, and constructed database. |
