The purpose of the present invention is to reduce a quantity of heat generating saturated steam from water to generate superheated steam and to prevent heat loss by effectively using used superheated steam. A superheated steam recycling apparatus includes an superheated steam generation part (3), a steam supply flow path (L1) which supplies saturated steam to the superheated steam generation part (3), an superheated steam using part (4) which receives superheated steam generated by the superheated steam generation part (3), a steam returning flow path (L3) which allows used steam passing through the superheated steam using part (4) to return to the superheated steam generation part (3), and a flow meter (80) which measures the flow rate of the used steam returning to the superheated steam generation part (3). Based on a difference between the flow rate of desired superheated steam to be generated by the superheated steam generation part (3) and the flow rate of used steam obtained by the flow mater (8), the flow rate of saturated steam supplied to the superheated steam generation part (3) from the steam supply flow path (L1) is controlled. |
