The present invention relates to a noise detection circuit, which comprises: a frequency demultiplier for generating a first frequency demultiply signal and a second frequency demultiply signal by demultiplying a clock signal and a negative clock signal; a noise detection standard block for generating a first standard signal and a second standard signal by reflecting a power source level change to the first demultiply signal and second demultiply signal; a duty sensing unit for generating first duty information and second duty information of the clock signal in response to the first standard signal and second standard signal; and a detecting unit for generating a noise detection signal in response to the first duty information and second duty information. |
