The present invention relates to a precision gear pump wherein a ceramic suspension thermal spraying coating layer is formed and, more specifically, to a precision gear pump wherein a ceramic suspension thermal spraying coating layer capable of improving a problem in which corrosion and abrasion occur quickly when using precision gear pumps since the ceramic suspension thermal spraying coating layer is formed on the surface of the precision gear pump. According to the present invention, a high-density coating film can be manufactured by executing a coating process with suspensions wherein ceramic powder is dispersed as a liquid state instead of granule powder. Therefore, the present invention provides abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance to the surface of the precision gear pump which quantitatively moves a chemical liquid such as a specific resin, ink, ethanol, food, paint, a film coating solution, a hardener, an adhesive, urethane, epoxy, etc. without pulsation. |
