PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surgery stapler which is a hand-held type, a completely electric drive type and which is controlled.SOLUTION: An electrical stapler 1 comprises a surgery end effector having a reception part for detachably receiving a commutative component. The reception part has a communication connection. A handle 10 coupled to the end effector actuates the end effector. The handle has a control part which is electrically coupled to the communication connection and performs authentication when the commutative component is disposed on the end effector. The commutative component comprises an encryption device which is detachably coupled to the reception part and which is electrically and detachably coupled to the communication connection when being disposed on the reception part. The encryption device authenticates the commutative component when receiving inquiry from an electric control part. |
