PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power consumption of a light source while reducing unevenness in light quantity.SOLUTION: A light guide body 14 is formed of a rod-like light-transmissive member. A scattering part 22 is formed on a side surface of the light-transmissive member. The scattering part 22 assumes a shape which continues in a longitudinal direction and the width-direction length which increases toward an end from the narrowest position in the longitudinal direction. The scattering part 22 scatters light incident from the inside of the light guide body 14.
