Disclosed are a charging method and device, which belong to the field of mobile communications. The method comprises: acquiring a charging manner used by a home network of a terminal; determining a charging information collection network element corresponding to the charging manner according to the acquired charging manner; and sending a charging indication message to the charging information collection network element, so as to enable the charging information collection network element to collect charging information about the terminal and report same to a charging system and enable the charging system to conduct charging on the terminal according to the charging information. The device comprises: an acquisition module, a determination module and a sending module. The present invention can conduct charging on a roaming terminal successfully. |
